30-Day Rental Guarantee
We take pride in our 6-Step Marketing Plan. It is so effective that we guarantee your home will be leased in 30 days or less after listing or the first two months of the monthly property management fees will be waived. The conditions for this guarantee are as follows:
- Real Property Management Heritage must have final say on the rental price
- The property allows for a maximum of 2 pets
- The property must be vacant and rent-ready for tenants

For an additional $60 a month:
- 2 month’s Rent Default Insurance* – Covers landlord for up to 2 months of lost rent in the event a tenant stops paying for a covered reason**:

We know that evaluating the maintenance on a home can help prevent big damage. So we schedule Maintenance Evaluations every 6 months to document and report on the condition of the home, available to you view online at any time. If you prefer evaluations more often, we can certainly do that, just let us know. The evaluation will include:
- Compliance to Property Code (i.e. A/C filter check, door locks, door viewers, testing smoke/CO2 alarms)
- Insurance Risks (trampoline, baby pool, etc.)
- Unauthorized Pets
- Lawn Care
- Deferred Maintenance Issues
