Maintenance Evaluations at $99 per visit
We stand behind our commitment to maintain the condition of your property, that’s why we offer periodic Maintenance Check-Ins. During the check-in we will photograph and inspect the property both inside and out to ensure tenant compliance, assess the property’s condition, and perform or schedule any maintenance required. This provides an opportunity to find little maintenance needs that Tenants don’t bother to report, like a dripping faucet.
Eviction Resolution – $299 + court fees
Dealing with evictions is an unfortunate part of doing business in the investment property industry. Even though the tenant may perfectly qualify as a good tenant on paper initially, things change, and eviction can become necessary.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff can start an eviction or take over an eviction, protecting you from having any nasty confrontations with the tenant.
We are not lawyers, but we do know the eviction process. If your situation requires a lawyer, we have relationships with attorneys that can represent you.
