- Our systems are online. Our team members can access all information via computer or smartphone.
- Our systems are also on paper. We print monthly reports to back up our online systems.
- Tenant Payments Online or by Secure Lockbox. Currently, 100% of our Residents make their rent payments online. Should there be an issue online, we have a Secure Lockbox for cashier’s checks at our office (schedule a drop-off at: https://calendly.com/rpmheritage/pay-rent).
- 24/7 Maintenance Team. Our maintenance team is accessible 24/7 by phone 832-319-6111 or online. We are prepared to provide general troubleshooting steps over the phone or dispatch a maintenance professional to the home.
- Online Listings and Virtual Showings: Homes available to rent are listed online with photos and we are providing virtual showings via computer or smartphone.
- Online Application Process: Our application process is 100% online with all documents signed by electronic signature.
When it comes to the prevention of spreading or contracting the COVID-19 virus, our team has taken extra precautions. Team members who are out in the public are asked to follow CDC guidelines when visiting properties. If a resident communicates that they are demonstrating signs of COVID-19, our property manager will assess the maintenance request to minimize the risk of exposure. As a result, the completion of minor maintenance requests may be delayed.
